Colt specializes in Tarrant County area Tenant/Buyer and Landlord/Seller Representation services, focusing primarily on office properties.
Since joining the NAI Robert Lynn team in 2012, Colt has successfully completed 200+ transactions, totaling over 1,000,000 square feet, and over $87 million in volume. He was promoted to his current position as Partner overseeing the Fort Worth Office Division at the beginning of 2019.
Born in Dallas, Colt is an alumni of The Episcopal School of Dallas. He received a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Consulting from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame where he was a monogram winner on their NCAA Division I Men’s Lacrosse team, receiving Big East All-Academic Team & Dean’s List recognition.
Colt has been regularly quoted as an industry expert in both national and local publications, including SIOR Report, Texas Real Estate Business and the Fort Worth Business Press. He has also been invited to speak at the NAI Global Convention and to local professional groups as an expert panelist.
Market Director
Rob joined NAI Robert Lynn in 2018 and is working alongside Colt Power in servicing both Tenants and Landlords in the Greater Tarrant County Area, with a focus on office properties.
Prior to joining NAI RobertLynn, Rob interned at Beau Box Commercial Real Estate in Baton Rouge, where he assisted in production of marketing materials and general servicing of active listings.
Rob graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a degree in Finance from the EJ Ourso College ofBusiness. While attending LSU, Rob was active in his fraternity (Kappa Alpha). While at LSU, Rob also worked for the FBI’s Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal.
